Netrigo Game Studios is an independent development studio. These are not corporate job listings — they are invitations to build something ambitious, dark, and entirely independent together.
Important — I am a solo developer
Hi — I'm Berat, the sole developer behind Netrigo Game Studios. This project is self-funded and independent. I do not have the budget to hire salaried staff.
Because of that, collaborations here are honest and limited: volunteer, portfolio opportunities, or structured rev-share agreements that are written and agreed before work starts.
If you need a paid job with a salary, this is not that place. If you want to contribute, learn, and share in outcomes (credit, portfolio, possible revenue share), read on.
A clear, written percentage of net revenue tied to a defined deliverable and milestone schedule.
Contribution-based collaborations: full credit, reference, and early access with no guaranteed payment.
Work that will appear in a commercial release — useful for résumés and professional exposure.
Where I need help
I'm looking for a small number of collaborators who can work with an indie solo developer. If you apply, please be clear about your availability and what you expect in return.
Localization Specialist
Translate UI, subtitles, store pages and assist with linguistic QA. Tell me which language(s) you cover and whether you can also help context-check in-engine. Compensation: credit, early access, possible rev-share.
Animator / Cinematics Support
Help implement and polish cinematic scenes and character animation for key narrative beats. Experience with Blender/Maya → UE5 pipelines preferred. Compensation: portfolio credit, rev-share negotiable.
Performance / Optimization Specialist
Profile builds, implement LOD strategies, memory/perf budgets, and advise on Nanite/LOD/streaming to reach target framerates on mid-range hardware. Compensation: rev-share/credit.
Playtesters & QA Volunteers
Looking for many testers to run focused test passes, send reproducible bug reports, and help stress long playthrough scenarios. This is critical — we need numerous testers, not one-off reports.
Occasional Contributors
If you have a specific skill not listed, propose a narrowly-scoped contribution and deliverable. Clear scope increases chances of acceptance.
How to apply
Send a short note explaining your proposed contribution, availability, and what you expect in return. Be specific about languages, engine experience, or test availability.
I am a solo developer without payroll. If you require guaranteed pay, please do not apply. If you can work for credit, portfolio, or a negotiated rev-share, continue.
Localization (list languages), Cinematics/Animation (experience with UE5 pipelines), Optimization (profiling + LODs), and Playtesters (structured test passes). If your skill is different, propose a narrow deliverable.
